Description of the Organization and Responsibilities
Alexa's PLAYC cares for children 18 months through age 5 years in an inclusive setting. All five of the classrooms provide care for typically developing children as well as children diagnosed or at-risk for an autism spectrum disorder. All aspects of child development, education and supportive care can be observed by the HDP 191 student.

18 months to 5 years.
Orientation Requirement
Once site placement is confirmed, student should contact site to schedule an orientation.
Check-In Procedure
Sign in at the front desk and check in with the classroom.
Research Availability
Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
No observations during nap time from 12:00-2:00 pm
Dress Code
Neat, casual attire with closed toed shoes .
Testing Requirements
(1) Letter of clearance from the HDP Field Research Coordinator
(2) Signed Clinical Affiliation Agreement
(3) Background Check ($75.00)
(4) Drug Screen (Packaged with Background Check)
(5) Immunization Records (MMR, Varicella & Hepatitis B)
(6) Seasonal Influenza/H1N1 Vaccination
(7) LiveScan Fingerprinting ($100)
